Terms of Service
- Payment Term: The owner shall pay Clark Pacific Excavating Inc. compensation for services rendered either monthly or for the entire duration of the Project. Such compensation is payable by the owner within 30 days of the date of the invoice. After 30 days an interest penalty, of 28% per annum, 2.33% per month, will be added to the total amount of the Invoice each month.
- Cancellation Policy: The Owner may cancel or terminate services at any time by providing a 30 Days written notice to Clark Pacific Excavating Inc. Services not cancelled within 30 days will be subject to 100% payment.
- Modification or Amendment of Services: No amendment, change or modification of services shall be valid unless agreed to in writing or signed by both the parties.
