Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, we offer free estimates for all of our services. Just give us a call or send us an email with your project details and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
How do you determine the cost of a project?
The cost of a project is based on a number of factors including the scope of work, the size of the property, the location, and the materials required. We will provide you with a detailed quote that outlines the costs of your project.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured with a 5 million liability policy for your protection and peace of mind.
What is your payment policy?
The customer shall pay Clark Pacific Excavating Inc. upon completion of the work and/or within 30 days according to contract. A deposit will be required, usually in the amount of 50%, please refer to your contract. After 30 days an 28% per annum, and 2.333% per month interest penalty will be added to the total amount.
How can I modify Contract services?
You definitely can modify your contract, however all changes must be agreed upon by both parties. No amendment, change or modification of services shall be valid unless agreed to in writing, text, email, verbal and/or signed by both the parties.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
The Owner may cancel or terminate services at any time by providing a 30 Days written notice to Clark Pacific Excavating Inc. Services already provided and material commitments will require full payment within 7 days of cancellation or a $780 per month service fee will be applied until paid in full.
